Overthinking has gotten you this far.
Now it's time to trust yourself again and build what's next.
1:1 STRATEGIC MENTORING is a private 4-month partnership for women ready to reshape how they work, decide, lead, build — and live.
As capable as you are, thinking your way through isn't the same as architecting what your ambition was always meant to build.
Strategic mentoring Stop Thinking Harder. Start Strategic Building.
Strategic mentoring pairs sharp thinking with embodied awareness and hands-on follow-through — applied to real decisions and goals in your business, career, work & life.
Together, we quiet what's loud enough to distort the picture, then get to what's actually true — the facts, the options, the real constraints and goals. We name the real questions, the real choices and consequences you've been circling. Some of it needs commitment right away. Some of it is better tested first. That's how we architect a strategic plan and actionable steps.
And once there's a plan, I stay with you — through the part where an idea becomes a plan becomes your actual life.
Work that works for you.
Can you relate?
You keep thinking that if you just analyze the situation enough — the offer, the role, the next move — you'll finally feel sure, ready, able to move. So you go over it again: the pros, the cons, what everyone else would do, what you should do. And somehow, you're still stuck. Tired. Unhappy. Rushed, but not moving.
Sound familiar? You're not alone. None of it was ever just about the situation in front of you. It's about the whole life you're building around it.
That's exactly why this work exists: not another thing for your plate, another thing to overthink and file away for later. It’s the way to take your sharp thinking out of your head, off the page, and into work and life that actually works.
-
You've turned your situation over so many times you've lost count. More analysis isn't making you surer — it's leaving you exhausted, frustrated, stuck and questioning what it’s all for.
-
You're getting everything done. You just don't feel like yourself while you're doing it. Or feeling anything at all.
-
Some part of you is hoping your mentor, your boss, your best friend — anyone — will just tell you what's right and what to do. So you don't have to carry the decision alone.
-
You don't want less. What you have now doesn't feel like enough. You want a way to want more — without losing yourself to get it.
-
You've done the journaling, the reading, the reflecting, the action plan with forty-three steps. And you still have the sense that nothing is changing — you're exactly where you started.
FROM OVERLOAD TO Working for YOURSELF AGAINTogether, We Build Clarity to Decide and Steadiness to Act.
-
Before anything, we create space and take your whole system into the work— because clarity doesn't come from more thinking, it comes from a body that's steady enough to think clearly and move from there.
-
We bring legally trained rigor to exactly where you are right now — not vague reassurance, a clear read of what's actually true and what's actually at stake.
-
Not the "right" answers handed to you from outside — decisions you arrive at step by step, at your own tempo, ones you can actually carry.
-
Real-life experiments, not just insights. What we find in session gets tested in your actual week — your actual life.
-
This isn't about solving one moment. It's you learning to architect your own work and life — a way back to yourself that stays, long after we've stopped working together.
-
You take your drive along. You just stop paying for it with yourself.

HOW IT WORKSFour Months of
Strategy & Support
Every Step of the Way
Every step runs on the same approach — legal precision while getting and keeping your whole system on board.
Starting With YouNo personality quiz. No profile assembled from a form you filled out at midnight. We start with honesty. About where you actually are — your life, your work, all of it.
Messy is allowed. So is finally pressing stop on the loop, even when that's scary. This is where we meet you. Exactly as you are — not the version you'd present in a job interview. From there: we strategize the next four months.
Building From the RhythmWe meet twice a month. It's a standing seventy-five minutes appointment each with your own judgment — the one call you don't cancel on yourself.
Each session takes the whole system with you: not one problem in isolation, but how your work, your decisions, and your state actually connect. Not one more thing to get right but your space to think, act, live with what happens, and come back with what's actually true.
Enough frequency that nothing gets lost — including you.
Your Steady PartnerFor real-time reality-checking. Because what we find along the way only matters if it survives contact with your actual week.
Between sessions, you have direct access to me — message or voice note, whichever you have the capacity for that day. A nervous-system SOS before you walk into the room. A two-minute, lawyer-clear read on the email you can't tell is a red flag or just Tuesday. The decision you're about to think your way out of — again. I'm on the ground with you for the real stuff — the 2am spirals included.
Not to keep you steady for its own sake, but so the way forward stays yours: your ambition, actually being built.
LET'S MAKE WORK WORK
LET'S MAKE WORK WORK
This Is the Actual Work.
TYPICAL THINGS WE GET OUR HANDS ON
No fixed curriculum. Just where the work tends to start.
Architecting a way of working that holds both real achievement and a real life.
Turning a new direction into actual priorities, experiments, and next steps.
Naming the patterns that keep pulling you away from yourself.
Building the practices that make the change stick, not just the insight.
Adjusting the plan once it meets your actual week — because it will.
Building the self-trust to keep going without reopening every decision.
Getting honest about what you actually want — and what's stopped working.
Making the consequential call on your career, your business, or your next role.
Redefining what success looks like, on terms that still honor your ambition.
Questions? I’ve got answers.

Book a Compass Call. Because working as partners for months only works if the fit is real from the start. If it's a match, we lock in your date — and begin.
-
A quarter is the typical stretch for work like this. I added a fourth month on purpose: life doesn't move in a straight line, and a plan that only works if nothing gets in the way isn't much of a plan. Real change doesn't happen in one good conversation. It takes repetition, tested against your real week, more than once. Four months gives us room for that, without rushing it into three. Most clients end up staying longer anyway — this isn't a fixed program, it runs on your timeline, not someone else's.
-
No. Not knowing yet is a normal starting point, not something to fix before we begin. Maybe you don't know if you want the promotion, the pivot, or something you haven't named yet. If you already have something — great, we'll use it. But either way, we start in the same place: a willingness to be honest with yourself, and to take a closer look. That's enough.
-
My full skillset, shared with you, doesn't stop when the session ends.
Ongoing chat support. Real check-ins — even when you've gone quiet because life got loud. I won’t wait for you to reach out, I'll hand you the exact piece of input you need to actually move into action.
Everything we find, map, and plan out gets held in a structured way — not filed away, something you can actually work with, and work toward.
-
That's exactly what the Compass Call is for — a free, no-pressure conversation to figure that out together.
-
No — and that's intentional. My role isn't to hand you answers. It's to build them with you — so you trust your own.
-
Of course you are!
Two 75-minute calls a month — that's the actual, fixed commitment. These are meetings for yourself.
The whole process runs on your own timeline — nothing to rush, nothing to tick off a list. What matters more than finding extra time is coming out of autopilot — in the calls, and in the real work between them. That's where the actual change happens.
-
Think of me as an eye-level partner — a second, trained read on your work, your business, your career, your life. A legal mind for the structure and the stakes. A regulated nervous system for the state you actually think from. Real input, not just presence. The decisions and the steps stay yours to carry. I'm there for the sparring — sometimes with the push, sometimes with the steady. It all starts with understanding you, and who you actually are. That's how I work.
-
That's not a sign something's wrong. Adjusting is part of the architecting. We work with wherever you actually are, not where you think you should be — including the weeks you want to disappear, cancel everything, and go back to figuring it out alone. Especially those weeks.
-
I got you. The DI is built for exactly this: one session, one concrete situation needing a decision — a job offer, a negotiation, whatever's actually on your plate right now. Real support, fast yet deep. Same process, just compressed.
Ready to Find True North?
A Compass Call is a free, 30-minute conversation — just you and me. We get to know each other, see what fits, and start pointing toward your true north — before we figure out any plan. No pitch, but a place to think out loud together.
